Our customers will benefit from the collaboration of services, shared resources, skills and knowledge, and also be able to take advantage of the NLTC, which will provide a facility for demonstrations, virtual demonstrations, test cuts, training and much more.

The Showroom

Our showroom is in Värnamo Sweden, with very good transport links to Göteborg Landvetter Airport and Denmark / Copenhagen airport. Book a visit to receive a full tour of the showroom, speak to our experts about solutions to your particular production challenges or organise a test cut on a specific machine. We have a range of laser solutions currently on display.

FG-220

FG-220 is a high-performance 3D fiber laser processing machine for long tube and structural material.

The machine has extremely high process performance and efficiency: just load material in the loading station and 3D cutting is performed automatically as well as the transfer of finished parts to the unloading station.

  • Four chucks are simultaneously moved and rotated on axes in order to prevent from swaying materials during laser processing
  • 3D cutting head with a very compact design delivers excellent accessibility to the 3D open profiles, and is capable of processing multi-faceted material at arbitrary angles.
  • Mazak FX CNC control with 15” touch screen includes integrated tech tables that simplify operation
  • Rapid traverse rates of 100m/min on the X-axis, 36m/min on the Y-axis and 30m/min on the Z-axis
  • FG-220 is available in a 4 kW fiber laser resonator configuration

 

OPTIPLEX 3015 NEO

The OPTIPLEX 3015 NEO is a 2D laser cutting machine designed in pursuit of high-quality cutting and high productivity.

The machine automatically adjusts the beam diameter to accommodate the cutting of various materials and thicknesses. Additionally, it is equipped with beam shaping technology which controls where the power density of the laser beam is concentrated to achieve the best processing result. Together, these functions improve cut speed and cut quality for a wide range of materials.

  • New cutting-edge MAZATROL SmoothLx control with double 21.5” touch screen displays and new Human Machine Interface
  • Large front and side sliding doors reduce the floor space needed and make material loading and unloading hassle-free; the tilting and rotating CNC control panel allows the operator to work at the front or the side of the machine
  • Equipped with Mazak Multi-Control Torch 3 that improves reliability, achieves high-performance cutting and enables advanced Intelligent Functions
  • OPTIPLEX 3015 NEO is available in 6 kW, 10 kW, 15 kW and 20 kW fiber laser resonator configurations (15 kW is exhibited at Ravema’s showroom)

Materials and Parts Transfer

Our NLTC operates an around the clock, automated internal transportation system, utilising a network of robots. Capable of picking up and dropping off heavy duties and pallets autonomously, our robots increase carry out internal workflows with high productivity, allowing us to reduce lead time for our customers.
